1. Returns Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item
- The product is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Items ordered in the wrong size by the customer (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
- Discounted or clearance items (unless damaged)
- Orders returned without prior communication
3. Return Process
To request a return:

- Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and photo evidence (if applicable)
- Our team will review and confirm return instructions
4. Exchange or Refund
Depending on the issue, you may choose:
- Exchange: We will send you a replacement item at no extra cost (subject to availability)
- Refund: For eligible orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 7 working days after we receive the returned item
5. Return Delivery Charges
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return delivery cost
- If the return is due to a customer mistake (e.g., size), the return courier cost must be borne by the customer
6. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched
- Once dispatched, the return policy applies
