Refund and Returns Policy

At Infyniti, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and fair returns policy.


1. Returns Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item
  • The product is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size by the customer (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
  • Discounted or clearance items (unless damaged)
  • Orders returned without prior communication

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and photo evidence (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review and confirm return instructions

4. Exchange or Refund

Depending on the issue, you may choose:

  • Exchange: We will send you a replacement item at no extra cost (subject to availability)
  • Refund: For eligible orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 7 working days after we receive the returned item

5. Return Delivery Charges

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return delivery cost
  • If the return is due to a customer mistake (e.g., size), the return courier cost must be borne by the customer

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched
  • Once dispatched, the return policy applies
