  • These terms apply to all purchases made via https://infyniti.store, WhatsApp, or other channels operated by Infyniti.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or update any product without notice.

  • Orders are accepted through our website, WhatsApp, or Facebook.
  • Once you confirm your order, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless agreed upon by our team before dispatch.
  • Infyniti reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to stock unavailability, suspicious activity, or system errors.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Delivery and handling charges (e.g., Rs. 350 for Cash on Delivery) will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is available island-wide in Sri Lanka.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 3 working days depending on the customer’s location.
  • Infyniti is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Payments

Infyniti accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay in cash when the item is delivered to your doorstep
  • Cash in Advance – Pay in person or via bank deposit before delivery
  • Card Payments – Debit and credit cards (processed securely online)
  • Online Transfers – Via bank or mobile banking apps

Note: Payment method availability may vary depending on order value, location, or promotions.

Failure to complete payment for confirmed orders may result in order cancellation or denial of future service.


7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items (see full Refund & Returns Policy).
  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet after returned items are received and inspected.
